Download the AutoSplash app, select your preferred service, choose a time and location, and confirm your bookingβ€”all in a few taps.

Yes! You can schedule multiple bookings individually within the app. Each vehicle may be handled by a different crew depending on availability.

Open the app, go to Menu (≑) > My Orders > Upcoming, select the order you want to change, and choose 'Modify'. Changes can be made up to 1 hour before your scheduled time.

Yes. Navigate to Menu (≑) > My Orders > Upcoming, select the booking, and tap 'Cancel Order'. Cancellations are free if made 2 hours before the scheduled time.

No. As long as your vehicle is accessible and the booking details are accurate, our team can complete the service without your presence.

πŸ’³ Payments & Refunds

We accept credit and debit cards via the app. Apple Pay and Samsung Pay support is coming soon. Cash on delivery is not accepted.

Payment is processed at the time of booking through the app.

If we are unable to complete your wash, the amount will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We offer Express Washes, Premium Detailing, Full Interior & Exterior services, and Eco-Friendly Waterless options. Full details are available in the app.

Yes! Our waterless options and detailing products are eco-conscious and safe for your vehicle and the environment.

Services range from 20 minutes (Express) to 90 minutes (Full Detail), depending on the package.

No problem! Our technicians are trained to handle all conditions. However, extra dirty vehicles may require additional time.

In the app, go to Menu (≑) > Profile to update your contact and vehicle details.

Tap 'Forgot Password' on the login screen and follow the instructions to reset via email.

🎁 Referral Program

Invite friends using your referral code in the app. When they complete their first wash, you both earn credits toward future services.

Open the app, go to Menu (≑) > Refer a Friend. You'll find your code and sharing options.

Credits are applied after your friend completes their first booking.
